Transformation can feel like an ebb.
You don’t have to do it alone.
We Can Flow, Together
Transformation can be difficult, emotional, and frustrating. It can also be especially lonely.
I believe you and I are synchronistically aligned here in this space; you reading these words are your friendly whisper that you don’t have to go at it alone.
As an End of Life Doula, I am trained to bring peace through times of transition, especially at the end of life.
I am here to advocate by …
Empower those who are in major transitions
To listen, guide, and compassionately support loved ones, family members, and support teams involved
You might be feeling helpful and unsure of what is most important to focus on, or might be ready to reach a new phase of living, but aren’t sure how to get there.
There may be blocks to bust, forgiveness to be done, rituals to create, grief to process, or guidance with next steps on a healing journey. Whatever it may be, I am here to help you navigate through difficult planning, and decision making around transitions.

She always felt a unique energy when she was with patients, clients, or family members who were dying. As a young child, she recalls wanting to connect with those who were leaving earth and those family members left behind to grieve. She followed her calling and registered for the Sacred Passage Doula program at Conscious Dying Institute. She then became a Conscious Dying Educator, where she offers classes and workshops to those interested in learning more about end of life. She completed this journey by starting a casual job at Hospice Care Ottawa, where she still uses her nursing skills to help support patients and families through the dying process. Tanya also offers intuitive sessions using angel cards, oracles, and subtle energy medicine to help
